Welcome to Gotham Cine. By renting equipment or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.

2. Rentals and Payments

All rentals require valid identification and full payment before equipment release.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund.
Deposits may be non-refundable.

4. Liability

Gotham Cine is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the rented equipment.
You agree to use all equipment safely and in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
